* oktoberfest at Hacker-Phchorr: Enjoy a traditional German dinner featuring Hacker-Phchorr Oktoberfest with Kuby’s beer bratwurst and sauerkraut, alongside mustard sauce.Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier will be paired with pork schnitzel and German potato salad,and Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier with apple strudel. The $60 dinner, plus tax and gratuity, begins at 7 pm.
Friday, September 27
* Tallow Steakhouse Experience at The Ranch at Las Colinas: FB Society (Haywire, Mexican Sugar, Whiskey cake, Sixty Vines, Ida Claire) previews it’s new Manhattan restaurant with a three-course menu: Italian salad, steak frites with tallow fries and rosemary sage salt, and New York cheesecake with Camembert cheese and fig compote. The $49 menu includes optional cocktails like The Dirty Martini, Fifth Fashioned, New York Sour, and midnight in Manhattan. Available Friday and Saturday.
* Negroni Week 5-Course Tasting Experience at Eataly Dallas: Eataly Dallas celebrates Negroni Week with a five-course pairing dinner at terra, its upper-level restaurant.
