DALLAS,TX – September 24,2024 – A sneak peek at Dallas-based FB Society’s upcoming Manhattan⁣ steakhouse,Tallow,headlines a diverse⁣ lineup of food and drink ⁣events this week in Dallas. From German feasts to beer-fueled Olympics and a charitable⁤ dinner, the ⁣city offers a range of culinary‌ experiences.

Here’s​ a rundown of 10 noteworthy events:

thursday, September 26

* oktoberfest at Hacker-Phchorr: Enjoy a traditional German dinner featuring Hacker-Phchorr Oktoberfest with Kuby’s beer bratwurst and sauerkraut, alongside ⁢mustard sauce.Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier will be paired with pork schnitzel and German potato salad,and Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier ‍with⁣ apple strudel. The $60 dinner, plus tax and gratuity, begins at 7 pm.

Friday, September 27

* Tallow Steakhouse Experience at The Ranch at Las Colinas: ⁢FB Society⁢ (Haywire, Mexican Sugar, Whiskey cake,‌ Sixty Vines, Ida Claire) previews it’s new Manhattan restaurant with a three-course menu: Italian salad, steak ‍frites with tallow fries and rosemary‍ sage salt, ‌and New York cheesecake with ‌Camembert cheese and fig ‌compote. The $49 ⁤menu​ includes‌ optional cocktails like The Dirty Martini, Fifth Fashioned,⁢ New York Sour, and midnight in Manhattan. Available Friday and Saturday.
* Negroni Week 5-Course Tasting‌ Experience at Eataly Dallas: ‍Eataly Dallas celebrates Negroni Week with a five-course pairing dinner at terra, its upper-level restaurant. Each course is paired with a cocktail, and guests⁣ will learn about the ⁣Negroni and Campari. The tasting is $80 plus tax and service fees, starting at 6 pm.

Saturday, September 28

* Sandy pickle Beer Olympics at The Village⁤ Dallas: Teams of two compete in beerfest games – beer pong, flip cup, ⁣and cornhole – ‌representing⁢ different⁢ countries. ‍Costumes are encouraged. * Mystic 7​ Fundraiser at Georgie: New ⁣Georgie executive chef ⁣Wes Whitsell, a North Texas native, hosts a family-style dinner benefiting the foundations of ‌the seven Dallas-area girls lost in the Texas Hill Country flooding. The three-course dinner with wine pairings is $250, with seating starting at ⁤6 pm.
