Cristina Porta Crowned Champion of “Top Chef VIP 4”
San Juan, Puerto Rico – Journalist and television personality Cristina Porta has been named the winner of the fourth season of Telemundo‘s “Top Chef VIP,” triumphing over fellow celebrity chefs in a culinary showdown. Porta declared, “This is not going to take away from me,” following her victory.
The competition, which concluded recently, showcased the culinary skills of a diverse group of celebrities. Throughout the season, contestants were challenged to create innovative dishes under pressure, judged by a panel of expert chefs. The finale highlighted Porta’s consistent performance and ability to elevate customary flavors.
Livier, connected to the show, expressed her hope that the cooking experience would be impactful for the contestants, stating, “that this cooking experience helps you in your life and spread all the love that the pans bring.”
The evening’s festivities included a performance by puerto Rican merenguero Elvis Crespo, who debuted his new single “They killed me,” and a message from chef Betty Vázquez, who encouraged the contestants to embrace the unifying power of food: “may the kitchen always accompany them, because the food joins and brings together.”
Past champions of the series include Lambdale Greasa (2022), Alala Llites (2023), and Pay Christmas (2024).
Host Carmen Villalobos has confirmed a fifth season of “Top Chef VIP,” slated to return to Telemundo in 2026, continuing the show’s success as a popular television concept.
