Corpse Party Tetralogy Pack Release Cancelled

XSEED Games has canceled teh physical release of ⁤the⁤ Corpse Party Tetralogy Pack in the West, and will no longer digitally release the⁢ unreleased⁢ games included within the bundle.The announcement⁤ comes after⁤ pre-orders were halted last month due too ‌an unforeseen issue.

Originally‌ announced in August, the⁣ Corpse Party Tetralogy Pack was intended to bring a collection of titles to western ⁤audiences. Though, XSEED Games stated ⁢they were informed that content within several⁣ games in the pack did not meet current platform guidelines, leading to the cancellation of both the⁣ physical and digital releases.

According to a statement released by XSEED Games: “Though we ‌previously released entries in the Corpse Party series on console ⁢platforms​ and digital⁣ storefronts in⁣ the ⁢West, we ‍were informed that the contents of several games in ⁢the tetralogy Pack did not comply with current platform ⁣guidelines. As a result,we are unable to release these games as intended and have subsequently canceled the​ physical release of ⁢ Corpse Party Tetralogy Pack,as well as the digital offerings of⁢ previously unreleased Corpse Party games featured⁣ in ⁢the Tetralogy Pack.”

XSEED Games has apologized for the disappointment​ and stated their‍ continued commitment to working with MAGES. to​ bring Corpse Party II: Darkness Distortion to‌ the West, promising further‍ details when available.
