March 25, 2026 Julia Evans – Entertainment Editor Entertainment

Aardman Animations’ “Les Toutes Petites Créatures 2” is set to premiere in Redon, France, on Wednesday, March 25th, offering a program of animated shorts geared towards particularly young audiences. The film, suitable for children aged three and up, will be screened alongside a diverse selection of other films at the Ciné Manivel theater.

The sequel follows five small creatures as they continue to explore a playground, engaging in activities like playing with trains, drawing on blackboards, and caring for farm animals. According to promotional materials, the film emphasizes “pleasure, positivity and acceptance” in each episode. Aardman Animations, the British studio behind popular franchises like “Shaun the Sheep,” “Chicken Run,” and “Wallace & Gromit,” produced the film.

Ciné Manivel is offering a special rate for group bookings and school screenings, with contact information available for reservations. Alongside “Les Toutes Petites Créatures 2,” the cinema’s Wednesday schedule includes screenings of “Un jour avec mon père,” “Ce qu’il reste de nous,” “Julian,” “Love on Trial,” “Une jeunesse indienne,” “Walter Lapin,” “Jardins enchantés,” “Orwell: 2+2=5,” “Planètes,” “Les rayons et les ombres,” “Jumpers,” “Las corrientes,” “Ceux qui comptent,” “La guerre des prix,” “Marsupilami,” and other titles.

The film was too promoted on Instagram by Ciné Manivel on February 7th, 2026, with a ticket price of 4€.

Also showing at Cinequanon on Wednesday, March 25th, are “Will,” an animated film about a small goat striving to compete in a professional “roarball” league, and “À la Maison des femmes,” a documentary focusing on a team supporting women experiencing violence. Further screenings are scheduled for Thursday, March 26th, and throughout the week, including “Maria Angeles,” a film about an elderly Spanish woman resisting the sale of her home in Tangier.
