OpenAI is rolling out a meaningful upgrade to ChatGPT’s Temporary Chat feature. Soon, you’ll be able to maintain personalization within temporary chats, all while ensuring those conversations don’t impact your main ChatGPT account.
Temporary Chat offers a clean start. ChatGPT won’t access or recall previous conversations or saved memories, even if you typically have memory enabled.It will still follow your Custom Instructions, but the chat itself remains isolated – a “don’t remember this” zone.
