Charlie Sheen Reveals Past Sexual Experimentation with Men, Calls Experience “Liberating“
LOS ANGELES, CA – Actor Charlie Sheen has publicly discussed past sexual encounters with men, describing the experience as “liberating,” in a recent interview connected to a forthcoming Netflix documentary. The revelation comes years after Sheen’s 2015 public disclosure of his HIV diagnosis and amid a broader reflection on a period of his life marked by drug use and reckless behavior.Sheen admitted the experimentation occurred during his crack cocaine dependency, stating, “It started there. And you know what? Some things were strange. But a lot of it was damn fun. And life goes on.” He emphasized, however, that no harm came from these encounters, responding to a question without a napkin with, “It’s liberating. Kur ** liberating! Nothing happened.”
The actor was infected with HIV during what he described as his “wildest period.” He initially attempted to conceal his diagnosis, but was subsequently blackmailed by partners who had obtained compromising photos and information about his drug use. Sheen ultimately disclosed his HIV status on television in 2015, asserting, “I know without a doubt I didn’t bring it to anyone.”
Now, Sheen says he is focused on a more stable life, dedicating himself to his children and maintaining a sense of self-acceptance. “I am not a victim. I made a lot of mistakes but I take full obligation for them,” he stated. While he remains open to love, he indicated he has no plans for marriage.
