HIGHCO Seeks Communications Specialist to Elevate Group Visibility
HIGHCO is seeking a temporary Communications and Marketing Specialist to bolster its brand reputation and engagement across key stakeholder groups. The fixed-term contract (CDD) position, reporting directly to the Marketing/Communications Director, will focus on external communications strategy and execution for the group’s partners, clients, investors, institutions, media, and prospective employees.
This role arrives at a pivotal moment as HIGHCO aims to amplify its corporate messaging, strengthen its employer brand, and showcase its commitment to social duty. the specialist will be instrumental in driving these initiatives through a diverse range of channels,from social media and website management to press relations and annual reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
digital Presence: Develop visibility on social networks (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter) and manage/revamp the group’s websites.
Corporate Communications: Create and implement corporate communication initiatives.
Public & Media Relations: monitor press coverage and organize press conferences.
Event Management: Plan and execute events.
Financial Communications: Distribute financial press releases and contribute to the creation of the annual report, collaborating with finance, legal, creative, and production teams.
Employer Branding & Recruitment: Develop communications supporting the employer brand and recruitment efforts.
CSR & Philanthropy: Implement communications related to the group’s CSR policy and philanthropic activities.
Cross-Functional collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing/Communications teams across subsidiaries and the internal communications team.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with partners and service providers.
project & Budget Management: Establish and monitor project timelines and budgets.
