A local market recently drew a large crowd,particularly with its selection of sausages and other delicacies.One customer’s son was instantly captivated by the aroma of the meat counter, enthusiastically enjoying the sausages on offer during the first day of the market.

Prices observed included Karlovy Vary Čabajka at 69.90 CZK per 100 grams, matching the price of dried Chorizzo sausage. Routing sausage was priced at 79.90 CZK for the same quantity. Hunting bacon cost 49.90 CZK per 100 grams, while 100 grams of dolls (likely referring to a type of sausage or meat product) were sold for 89.90 CZK.
The market also featured a variety of sweet and savory pastries. Kobliha povidlová (plum-filled donut) was available for 12 CZK each, Lomnický cake for 40 CZK per piece, and butter-smetaners (cream-filled pastry) for 30 CZK each or 250 CZK for ten.
“they’re fresh,” the seller emphasized to potential customers.
A garlic booth offered Betin – Ostrý Paličák, advertised as non-irritating to the gallbladder, for 260 CZK per kilo. Anton – Blue Nepaličák was available for 250 CZK per kilo.
