Jeremiah Green, 11, died in the early hours of Saturday, March 11. Shortly after 2:15 a.m., he was shot by a man on Royal Lane, north of the city, a woman accompanying him was injured. Jakeith Huntley, 30, is the main suspect, according to Jeremiah’s family, the man had a loving relationship with his mother. Additionally, police records reveal that Huntley was previously arrested on charges of multiple counts of assault and family violence in Denton.
