August 2, 2026 Emma Walker – News Editor News

Billie Eilish’s concert film Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live) debuts exclusively on Paramount+ in the United States on Thursday, August 6, capturing her 2024–2025 arena tour in support of her hit studio album, according to the streaming service’s July 30 announcement.

From Theatrical Screen to Domestic Streaming

The concert film first premiered on May 6 at Los Angeles’ Fox Westwood Theater before receiving a 3D theatrical release via Paramount Pictures starting May 8. Director James Cameron joined Eilish on the red carpet alongside her parents, her brother Finneas, and her partner Nat Wolff. Eilish and Cameron share co-director credits on the project. At the premiere, Eilish stated, according to live event coverage, “I just would thank this guy right here who brought this idea in the first place, I’m so excited we have this captured forever,” gesturing toward Cameron.

Production Scale and Setlist Highlights

The feature compiles footage from Eilish’s four concert dates in Manchester during 2025, interspersed with behind-the-scenes road moments and clips from an interview conducted by James Cameron. The live setlist features major singles from her catalog, including her breakthrough No. 1 single “Bad Guy,” the Oscar-winning track “What Was I Made For?” from the Barbie movie soundtrack, and “Birds of a Feather” from the Hit Me Hard and Soft album.

The supporting arena tour spanned 2024 and 2025, concluding its run in San Francisco in November 2025.
