Beckham Family Division on Display at Victoria Beckham’s Paris Fashion Show
Paris, France – Victoria Beckham’s latest fashion show in Paris served as a stark illustration of the ongoing rift within the beckham family, as eldest son Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz were notably absent from the front row. The absence marks a significant shift from previous years when the event was a consistent family affair, according to a report by Daily Mail‘s Katie Hind.
For years, the Beckham family-David and Victoria, alongside their four children-regularly attended Victoria’s fashion shows, presenting a united front. However, this year’s show highlighted a six-month period of distance between Brooklyn and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham.
A source close to the family stated,”The Beckhams love being together and it is sad for the whole family when someone,on this occasion Brooklyn and Nicola,aren’t there. But sadly it doesn’t look like there will be a reconciliation anytime soon, David and Victoria know that.”
The source further explained that Brooklyn has “left them with no doubts that he’s not interested in engaging with them for the time being,” and the family is “respecting his boundaries.” They have “accepted it, which has been hard, and they are desperately worried about him.”
Friends of the family confirmed there were no discussions leading up to the show regarding Brooklyn and Nicola’s attendance, as there was “simply no expectation for them to be there.”
The current estrangement follows a series of absences from family events.Brooklyn and Nicola were last seen with David and Victoria, along with siblings Romeo, Jackie, and Cruz, at last year’s show. Since then,they missed Victoria’s autumn/winter 2025 catwalk show in march,David’s 50th birthday party in Miami in April,and declined to join further milestone celebrations for David. In August, the couple renewed their wedding vows at Nicola’s father Nelson Peltz’s home in New York, excluding both Beckham family members and Brooklyn’s pre-Nicola friends.
