Niners Chemnitz Fall to Ulm in Basketball Bundesliga action
Chemnitz, Germany – September 28, 2025 – The Niners Chemnitz suffered a defeat against Ulm, losing their recent basketball Bundesliga matchup. Despite a strong start, Chemnitz was unable to maintain momentum, ultimately falling behind as Ulm secured the win.
the Niners began the game with aggressive play,establishing a 17-10 lead within the first four minutes,fueled by the performance of newcomer Ty Brewer,who quickly accumulated twelve points in the first quarter. However,Chemnitz’s shooting accuracy declined,allowing Ulm to close the gap and narrowly take the lead at halftime.
The second half saw an increased tempo, with both teams exchanging baskets. Chemnitz remained competitive, staying within striking distance at 68-70 in the 32nd minute. However, a series of turnovers led to a 9-0 run by Ulm, extending their advantage to 79-68 in the 35th minute and effectively sealing the Niners’ fate. Chemnitz was unable to recover, ultimately losing the game.
