Bad Bunny & Karol G Dominate 2025 Billboard Latin Music Awards
LAS VEGAS – Bad Bunny and Karol G were among the top winners at the 2025 Billboard Latin Music Awards, held tonight, solidifying their positions as leading forces in Latin music. bad Bunny’s Debí Tirar Más Fotos took home the award for Top Latin Rhythm Album of the Year, while Karol G was also nominated in the same category for Tropicoqueta.
The awards, presented by Billboard en Español, recognize outstanding achievements in the Latin music industry. these accolades reflect the growing global influence of Latin artists and the increasing commercial success of Latin genres. The wins for Bad Bunny and karol G underscore their continued impact on the charts and cultural landscape, setting the stage for further innovation and expansion within the Latin music scene.
Rimas was recognized as both Top Latin Rhythm Albums Label of the Year and Label of the Year, demonstrating its meaningful contribution to the genre’s success. Other key winners included Netón Vega, named Songwriter of the Year, and Street Mob Publishing, awarded Publisher of the Year.
Ernesto “Neto” Fernández was honored as Producer of the Year, acknowledging his pivotal role in shaping the sound of contemporary Latin music. Sony Music Publishing secured the title of Publishing corporation of the Year.
Additional nominees included FloyyMenor (El Comienzo), Omar Courtz (Primera Musa), and Rauw Alejandro (Cosa Nuestra) for Top latin Rhythm Album of the Year. The Songwriter of the Year category also featured Armenta, Jorsshh, and Roberto “La Paciencia.” JOP, MAG, and Tito Double P were nominated alongside Fernández for Producer of the Year.
