Ayala Theater Draws Crowds with Diverse Weekend Performances in Daimiel
Daimiel, Spain – The ayala Theater experienced a vibrant weekend of cultural engagement, hosting two sold-out or near-capacity performances that showcased both musical tribute and inclusive theater. The events drew attendees of all ages and underscored the theater’s role as a community hub.
On Saturday, the Dreamland company presented ”Ay, que me expló!”, a theatrical adaptation inspired by the film “Explota, explota” and the music of Raffaella carrà. The show, set in 1970s Spain, was attended by Mayor Leopoldo Sierra, Councilor for Culture Lourdes Rodríguez de Guzmán, and other municipal officials. The performance,described as a blend of nostalgia and energy,sold almost all available tickets.
sunday’s performance featured “Dumbo,” an inclusive musical by the Candileja company. The family-kind show, starring a cast of actors with and without disabilities, delivered a message of acceptance and empathy. “Dumbo” completely sold out its available invitations within two days of release.
The Ayala Theater further demonstrated its commitment to accessibility by providing audio description and sound amplification services for audience members with visual or hearing impairments.
