AssassinS Creed Mirage Expands wiht Free “Memory Valley” DLC - Release Date Revealed
Assassin’s Creed mirage is set to receive a significant free narrative update, titled Memory Valley, launching november 18th on all platforms. Ubisoft unveiled a first trailer showcasing basim venturing into the desert landscapes of Alula, Saudi arabia, hinting at a story focused on his past.
The DLC transports players to the Alula valley, described as a ancient “crossroads of civilizations” and the heart of ancient Arab kingdoms. Players will explore iconic locations like Qasr Al Farid and the lost city of Hegra, alongside diverse environments including bustling cities, lush oases, and challenging canyons – all designed to enhance the franchise’s signature parkour gameplay.
Beyond the new location, Memory valley introduces refinements to parkour mechanics and allows for further upgrades to existing tools. Ubisoft also plans to re-enable mission replayability with new rewards, and add two new difficulty levels for a customized experience. Smaller additions include new curiosities like the ability to play the OUD.
The core narrative of the DLC centers on Basim’s journey to Alula to follow in the footsteps of his father, Is’haq. Developers emphasize this storyline as a logical progression for Basim’s character,offering an “initiatory journey” that takes place before the events of Mirage’s conclusion,and providing insight into his motivations. The update is expected to add over six hours of gameplay.
The development of Memory Valley is financially supported by Savvy Games Group, reflecting saudi Arabia’s investment in the project.
