Artern Wrestlers Return to Competition with Strong Showing at Geiseltal Power Cup
Braunsbedra, Germany – Young wrestlers from AC Germania Artern demonstrated their skill and determination at the 4th Geiseltal Power Cup held in Krumpa, a district of Braunsbedra, following the summer break. The team secured a total of four medals and four additional top-eight placements against a field of 102 competitors from 17 clubs.
The Artern delegation finished in 8th place overall in the team rankings, a solid mid-field result. Coaches Gerhard Günther and Tobias Helm guided the young athletes through a series of exciting matches characterized by sportsmanship and fair play.

* Matti Kessler (U 10,38 kg): 3rd place
* Xaver Helm (U 10,38 kg): 4th place
* Theo Dietrich (U 10,up to 60 kg): 2nd place
* Paul Heller (U 8,up to 31 kg): 4th place
* Charly Rudolph (U 8,up to 31 kg): 6th place
* Tero Mertens (U 8,up to 31 kg): 8th place
* Tayler Baroke (U 8,up to 38 kg): 2nd place

The Geiseltal Power Cup, organized by the Geiseltal fight and rehabilitation sports club, provided a well-structured platform for these young athletes to showcase their abilities and return to competitive wrestling.
