Brennan Calls for Local Attendance During Upcoming Bye Week
With the Wildcats holding a 5-1 record and entering a bye week, Brennan turned his focus toward home attendance for the next stretch of the season, allsportstucson.com reported. Speaking on his postgame radio show and in post-game interviews, the coach emphasized the need for community support at Casino del Sol Stadium.
“(It’s about) how do we pack Casino del Sol Stadium?” Brennan said on his postgame radio show, as reported by allsportstucson.com. “The city of Tucson, University of Arizona, everybody, students, faculty, everybody (has to go). We got a bunch of awesome kids (players) here that love the U of A and keep showing up for this university, this institution, and we need people to show up and show out. We need Casino del Sol (Stadium) to be rocking and (to) make it impossible for our next opponent.”
The team will use the bye week to get healthy before returning to home competition.
