Anker MagGo Power Bank 10K Slim: Slim Design with High Capacity for Travelers
Anker has released the MagGo Power Bank 10K Slim, a magnetic portable charger measuring approximately 14.7 mm in thickness while offering a 10,000 mAh capacity and Qi2-certified wireless charging up to 15W, teknogav.com reported. MAJALAH ICT reported from Jakarta.
The device combines high-capacity power storage with a thin profile designed to fit alongside a smartphone during travel, addressing the frequent need for electricity when outlets are unavailable. MAJALAH ICT noted that the 10,000 mAh capacity provides greater energy reserves for extended journeys compared to 5,000 mAh magnetic power banks while maintaining a relatively thin profile.
MagGo 10K Slim Offers Compact 10,000mAh Capacity
The MagGo 10K Slim measures approximately 104 by 70.6 by 14.7 mm, providing a compact alternative to thicker high-capacity units. MAJALAH ICT reported that the device combines a 10,000mAh capacity, Qi2-certified magnetic wireless charging up to 15W, and USB-C output up to 30W within a body only about 14.7 mm thick. teknogav.com added that the 10,000 mAh capacity delivers a larger power reserve for long trips compared to 5,000 mAh magnetic power banks.

According to teknogav.com, the exterior surface is shaped to sit comfortably in the hand alongside a smartphone, allowing users to hold both devices simultaneously while walking, using a map, or taking photographs without stowing the phone in a bag.
Qi2 Technology Enables Precise 15W Wireless Charging
Wireless charging functions through Qi2 technology up to 15W, utilizing a Magnetic Power Profile established by the Wireless Power Consortium. This system relies on magnets to align the transmitter and the device receiver precisely, keeping the power bank secured to the back of compatible iPhones during replenishment. teknogav.com reported that during the charging process, the position between the charger and the device can be maintained with greater precision. MAJALAH ICT noted that on compatible iPhones with MagSafe, the Anker MagGo can charge wirelessly up to 15W by simply attaching the power bank to the back of the smartphone without connecting cables whenever charging is needed.
Flame Xia, Country Director Anker Innovations Indonesia, stated that wireless charging offers a simpler process for high-mobility users who need to maintain device use for calls or maps while charging. teknogav.com quoted Flame Xia as saying, Simply attach the power bank and users can still hold their smartphone for navigation, communication, or other activities during the journey.
For users requiring faster replenishment times, the power bank includes a USB Type-C port capable of delivering up to 30W of output power. That same port handles recharging the power bank itself at up to 30W, giving users a choice between magnetic wireless convenience and wired high-speed delivery.
Advanced Thermal Management Controls
To manage the heat generated during wireless power transfer, Anker integrated its Wireless PowerIQ and ActiveShield technologies into the hardware. teknogav.com reported that heat is a challenge in wireless charging, prompting Anker to use Wireless PowerIQ and ActiveShield to manage the charging process and device temperature.
The ActiveShield system monitors operating temperatures more than three million times per day to maintain operational thresholds at 40 degrees Celsius. Flame Xia noted that slim profiles must not sacrifice thermal control, especially since the power bank rests directly against the user’s hand and the smartphone during routine operation.
