Amherst College extends Outreach with “Meeting Amherst On the Road” Program
Amherst, MA – Prospective students can connect with Amherst College representatives this fall adn spring through the “Meeting Amherst On the Road” program, offering opportunities to learn about the college at events across the United States, and internationally. The program supplements outreach efforts during high school summer programs.
the college’s admissions team will be hosting evening programs and attending college fairs, primarily between September and early November, and again from late April through May. A current list of scheduled events will be regularly updated on the Amherst College admissions website.
While pre-registration for events is encouraged via online forms,it is not mandatory. Students are welcome to attend without registering through Amherst College, though they should confirm any pre-registration requirements set by their own high schools.
Students wishing to attend events not held at their current school are advised to seek permission from the sponsoring school or association and verify event details directly with the host.
