AEW wrestlers Ruby Soho and Angelo Parker are expanding beyond the ring, launching a board game cafe in Mishawaka, Indiana, this week. The new business, named “Victory Roll,” will open its doors on October 16, offering a family-friendly space centered around tabletop gaming and refreshments.
The venture represents a notable off-screen project for the couple, who are currently on maternity leave.”Victory Roll” aims to become a community hub for game enthusiasts of all ages, providing a unique entertainment option in the Indiana/Michigan region. the cafe’s opening underscores a growing trend of professional athletes diversifying their income streams and pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors.
Inspired by their wrestling careers, the cafe’s logo features a luchador mask, and a championship belt will be available for photo opportunities with board game victors. The establishment will house hundreds of games, including a dedicated children’s area and a space for role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons.
Beyond gaming, “Victory Roll” will serve coffee sourced from Open Air coffee, a company owned by former WWE wrestler Baron Corbin (Bishop Dyer). The cafe also promises a menu of “deliciously unique food” and “amazing sweets.”
Soho and Parker,known privately as Dori and Jeff Parker,welcomed their daughter in october 2024. While Soho has begun in-ring training following her maternity leave, Parker last competed in April. The couple is actively involved in establishing the cafe during their time away from AEW.
