Adéla Jergová placed two tracks on Billboard, Diva.sk reported
Adéla Jergová, a 22-year-old singer from Slovakia, became the first artist from her country to place two tracks, “Ain’t in LA” and “Nicole Kidman,” on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, Diva.sk reported.
Jergová Studied Music in Austria and Los Angeles
Before achieving international charting success, Jergová spent her childhood studying English and pop culture documents without the help of local industry precedents. At age 14, she attended the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera, undertaking training in Austria before participating in a two-year project with Katseye. Following her departure from that project, she enrolled at Santa Monica College in Los Angeles to study music.
Jergová noted in an interview with Vogue. Coming from a financially stable family allowed her to relocate to the United States and dedicate her time entirely to foreign studies and career development.
Touring with Demi Lovato and Digital Promotion
Jergová utilized TikTok to promote her music, catching the attention of Demi Lovato in October 2025. Lovato shared Jergová’s track “SexOnTheBeat” on social media before reaching out directly to offer her an opening slot on an American concert tour. Jergová accepted the invitation, marking her first major live performance run.

Other prominent figures in the entertainment industry have since engaged with her work. Karol G shared Jergová’s stories, while Paris Hilton and Camila Cabello regularly comment on her social media posts. Dua Lipa and Pedro Pascal have also recorded content referencing her music.
Family and Slovakia Inspire Ain't in LA
The breakthrough single “Ain’t in LA” draws inspiration from Jergová’s home country and her mother, Mária, a garden architect who originally aspired to move to Los Angeles before starting a family. Jergová’s mother and younger sister, Stella, made brief appearances in the music video for the track. Jergová continues to balance her career in the United States with her ties to her family in Slovakia.
