AD Mortgage Adds VantageScore 4.0 to Expand Credit Scoring Options for Brokers

AD Mortgage Adds VantageScore 4.0 to Expand Credit Scoring Options for Brokers

November 5, 2026 Priya Shah – Business Editor Business

AD Mortgage has officially integrated VantageScore 4.0 into its loan origination platform, offering broker partners a secondary credit-scoring option to use alongside the traditional Classic FICO model. The update, announced November 5, 2026, applies to eligible conventional loans and aims to provide greater flexibility when evaluating borrower credit profiles. The Fort Lauderdale-based lender, located at 899 W Cypress Creek Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, holds NMLS ID #958660 and operates as an Equal Housing Lender.

Because the two models process credit information differently, lenders may see varying results depending on the borrower. Beyond its core lending operations, the company provides a full spectrum of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loan products, including programs for Prime borrowers, Foreign National borrowers, and those with imperfect credit histories. It also offers investment property loans with no income verification, along with free concierge services, bank statement reviews, and marketing resources.

Expanding Evaluation Tools for Brokers

The company emphasizes that this shift is part of its broader strategy to support broker partners. Our partners need options that reflect the different borrowers they serve, said Max Slyusarchuk, CEO of AD Mortgage. Adding VantageScore 4.0 gives brokers another way to evaluate a borrower’s credit profile and identify an eligible path to financing. That is what the Power of Yes means to us: giving partners more tools to explore what is possible for their clients.

While VantageScore 4.0 is now available for conventional loans, the company noted that government and jumbo loan products will continue to require the use of Classic FICO. When using the new scoring model, brokers must ensure that scores are requested from all three credit repositories and that the same model is applied to all borrowers on a single mortgage.

Firm Expands Following Major Media Coverage

The firm’s latest expansion follows a year of significant industry recognition. The company was featured this year in CBS, Bloomberg, and Inc., which highlights its growing influence and leadership in the mortgage industry.

Operational Guidelines

  • Selection Process: Brokers can select their preferred credit-score model via a dropdown menu on the product page when the documentation type is set to conventional.
  • System Integration: The offering is compatible with Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor.
  • Locking Criteria: Partners may adjust their model selection until the loan reaches a Conditionally Approved status, after which the choice is locked.

AD Mortgage clarified that credit-score selection is only one component of the lending process. Final loan approval and specific terms remain dependent on the full application and applicable underwriting requirements. Existing partners are encouraged to contact their account executive to discuss eligible scenarios, as the lender continues to promote its turnaround times as fast as 24-hours.
