Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Visits Japan Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Praises Focus on Sustainability
Osaka, Japan - His highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, today toured the Japan Pavilion at the Expo 2025 Osaka exhibition, gaining insight into the nation’s vision for future communities.
The Crown Prince was presented with the pavilion’s key features, including innovative architectural designs inspired by natural life cycles adn interactive exhibits emphasizing sustainability and the relationship between humanity, nature, and technology.
sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan lauded the Japanese pavilion’s innovative approach, highlighting its contribution to fostering global cultural exchange. He noted that Japan’s successful presentation at the Expo underscored its dedication to lasting values and forward-thinking vision, solidifying its position as a global leader in innovation and international cooperation.
Accompanying His Highness during the visit were a number of key Emirati officials, including Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Muhammad Al Nahyan, Head of the Diwan of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi; Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and Special Envoy to Japan; Reem Bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation Affairs; Muhammad Ali Al Shurafa, head of the Municipalities and Transport Department; Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi and Head of the Crown Prince’s Office; Maryam Eid Al Muhairi, Head of Abu Dhabi Media Office and Advisor for strategic Relations at the Crown Prince’s Court; and Shehab Ahmed Al Fahim, UAE Ambassador to Japan and Commissioner-General of the UAE Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.
