Absa Launches 2025 Graduate internship Program
Absa is now accepting applications from unemployed South African graduates for it’s 2025 Internship Programme. This initiative aims to cultivate future leaders through comprehensive training and real-world experience.
Programme Highlights
- A 10-month leadership growth journey focusing on personal leadership, personal branding, design thinking methodology, digital agility innovation and disruption, team effectiveness, and strategic and analytical problem-solving.
- Exposure to one of Absa’s Africa regional offices.
- Involvement in Absa Force For good (CSI) initiatives.
- Direct coaching from line leaders,business mentors,and peer coaching from cohort members and GenA Alumni.
- Business and behavioral coaching from a corporate educator.
- Participation in action Learning Projects addressing real business opportunities and challenges.
