Lupus, an autoimmune disease where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues, has been a lifelong companion for Tremols, affectionately known as “Chana” by friends and family. Coupled with sickle cell anemia – a genetic blood disorder causing painful episodes – her health journey has been undeniably challenging. Yet, Tremols refuses to let these conditions define her.
