A moped driver collided with a bicyclist crossing the intersection on the intersection of Ruuhitie and Harustie in Joensuu’s Rantakylä, the Jap Finland Police Division informs.
Based on the police, the motive force of the moped had been following the crossing site visitors. He had failed to note the bicyclist crossing the intersection, which led to the collision.
The fallen bicycle owner was barely injured and went to the central hospital for a check-up.
The moped and the bike had been broken within the accident.
