Hugh Jackman and Ella Beatty will reprise their roles in Hannah Moscovitch’s play, Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes, at Audible’s Minetta Lane Theatre in New York City, beginning March 17, 2026, and running through April 20, 2026.

The production, directed by Ian Rickson, originally premiered to critical acclaim last year and was subsequently made available as an Audible Original, receiving praise for the performances of Jackman and Beatty. The New York Times described the play as “a terrific, tightly plaited knot of a play.”

A collaboration between Audible Theater and TOGETHER, the theatrical partnership led by Sonia Friedman and Hugh Jackman, the 2026 season launch prioritizes accessibility. Twenty-five percent of all tickets for each performance will be priced at $35, available on the day of the demonstrate through TodayTix or at the Minetta Lane box office. Tickets are available at AudibleTheater.com.

Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes is described as a “provocative and razor-sharp examination of desire, power, and blurred boundaries,” exploring themes of agency and perspective. The Minetta Lane Theatre currently serves as a dedicated venue for Audible Theater productions, which are recorded and distributed on the Audible platform.

In addition to Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes, Audible’s Minetta Lane Theatre will also host a performance titled “What Else What Else” on March 4 and 5, featuring Michael Cruz Kayne, Gianmarco Soresi, Jay Jurden, and Liza Treyger. A post-show panel will follow the performance of Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Classes. Further programming for the 2026 season is expected to be announced.

The theatre’s policy states that attendees consent to being photographed, recorded, and/or televised. All phone orders must go through Ticketmaster at (800) 982-2787.
