TALLAHASSEE, FL – Equiturn Holdings Inc. Was recognized for the second consecutive year as the fastest-growing business owned or led by Florida State University alumni, earning the No. 1 spot on the 2026 Seminole 100 list. The announcement was made Saturday, February 21, at the ninth annual Seminole 100 celebration held at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee.

The firm, founded in 2017, provides financial advisory and capital markets solutions, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets strategy, and private capital solutions. Equiturn’s repeat success on the Seminole 100 marks a first for the program, according to LinkedIn posts from FSU alumnus Joshua Orlinsky, the company’s Chairman and Global Chief Executive Officer.

This year’s Seminole 100 celebration featured a keynote address and a moderated panel discussion led by Orlinsky. Drawing on his experience in private capital and strategic advisory, Orlinsky guided a conversation with five entrepreneurs under the age of 30, exploring their journeys and the challenges they overcame.

The “5 Under 30” honorees included Abbie Garcia Tunon, founder of GT Stitchery, a personalized embroidery and gifting company based in Miami; Gabriel Curtis, CEO and Founder of Insight Studios Productions, a marketing and video production company; Nile Lawrence-Stample, President of NLS Cleaning, a South Florida-based residential and commercial pressure washing service; Megan Lore, founder and CEO of Muracha Match South and Match South, a gifting and lifestyle business; and Josh O’Conner, founder of RennWorks Outdoors.

Garcia Tunon, a former FSU swimmer, transitioned her passion for entrepreneurship into a full-time business with GT Stitchery. Curtis launched Insight Studios Productions even as still a student at FSU, and the company now serves national brands and nonprofit organizations. Lawrence-Stample, a 2014 National Champion as a member of the FSU football team, founded NLS Cleaning after graduating with a degree in social science and a minor in marketing. Lore, with a background in influencer marketing, is preparing to launch Muracha, a premium Japanese matcha brand. O’Conner, a certified public accountant, launched RennWorks Outdoors in 2018 after working at Deloitte Tax and collaborates with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission on sustainable fishing regulations.

Each of the five panelists shared insights into the decisions that shaped their entrepreneurial paths, the obstacles they faced, and the lessons that continue to inform their leadership. The discussion was followed by a Q&A session, allowing attendees to engage directly with the honorees.

The Seminole 100 rankings are based on compound annual growth rate over the past three years, verified by the global financial services firm EY. Florida State University President Richard McCullough stated that Equiturn’s success “reflects the remarkable drive and creativity of Florida State alumni.”
