Power of Peers: 6 Credit Workshop – March 3, 2026 | Microsoft Teams

The Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) will host a “Power of Peers” training session for resource and adoptive parents on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026. The six-credit course will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST and be delivered via Microsoft Teams.

Interested participants are instructed to email dcsraptregistrations@dcs.in.gov with specific information, including the class name (“Power of Peers”), the date of the session, their name, phone number, email address, and the name of their foster care specialist.

The training was initially announced on September 16, 2025, according to a public notice, and has been scheduled on multiple dates. Previous sessions were held on September 8th, 2025, and October 27th, 2025, also utilizing the Microsoft Teams platform and the same registration process.

The “Power of Peers” training is a Resource and Adoptive Parent Training (RAPT) initiative, offering six continuing education credits. The State of Indiana is solely responsible for the information related to the training, as stated in the public notice.
