Earlier in the evening, Indi Hartwell secured a pinfall victory over Heather by Elegance, despite consistent interference from The Elegance Brand. The ongoing feud between James and The Elegance Brand continues to escalate.

TNA World Champion Mike Santana addressed Steve Maclin’s recent attacks, demanding Maclin face him directly. Santana as well extended an apology to Leon Slater for a perceived lack of support during their recent tag team match at No Surrender. The moment was interrupted by Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth, setting up a potential confrontation that was ultimately tabled by Director of Operations Daria Rae, who scheduled a tag team match for next week’s iMPACT! featuring Santana and Slater against the Nemeths.

In championship action, TNA International Champion Trey Miguel retained his title against NXT’s Stacks. The match saw interference from Arianna Grace, who attempted to aid Stacks, but Miguel ultimately prevailed. Miguel secured the win with his finishing maneuver, the Lightning Spiral.

Jody Threat defeated Tessa Blanchard via disqualification after interference from Victoria Crawford and Mila Moore. Hudson and Grace then intervened to aid Threat, continuing the escalating conflict between the factions.

Saint &amp. Sinner (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) defeated BDE & Rich Swann in a tag team match. The victory came after a series of maneuvers, culminating in a Total Elimination finisher.

The System issued a final warning to Moose. Eric Young also announced the second phase of “the cleanse” of TNA, targeting the X-Division title.

Tickets for Rebellion, scheduled for April 11th at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio, will go on pre-sale February 25th and on general sale February 27th.

The TNA Injury Report revealed that BDE is cleared to compete despite neck issues sustained at No Surrender, while Jeff Hardy remains sidelined. Elijah was also cleared for the casket match despite a surgically repaired shoulder that is not yet fully healed.

The main event saw a chaotic conclusion to the Guitar Case Casket Match. Ali initially gained the upper hand, utilizing steel chairs and a guitar case against Elijah. However, Order 4’s interference proved decisive, ultimately leading to Elijah securing Ali inside the casket and winning the match. The victory solidifies Order 4’s presence as a dominant force within TNA.
