by Rachel Kim – Technology Editor

Samsung Electronics will host its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25th in San Francisco, unveiling the next generation of its Galaxy S series smartphones and a deeper integration of artificial intelligence across its mobile ecosystem.

The event, confirmed by Samsung on February 10th, will showcase the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra, according to multiple reports. Samsung’s invitation highlights a focus on AI, describing the event as ushering in a new era where intelligence becomes “more personal and adaptive.” The keynote address will initiate at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. EST and will be livestreamed on Samsung.com, the Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel.

Consumers who reserve a new Galaxy device on Samsung.com or through the Shop Samsung App will receive a $30 Samsung Credit upon pre-order and purchase. Customers who trade in an eligible device can receive up to $900 in credit towards their new phone. A $150 credit is available for those who reserve and pre-order without a trade-in. Pre-order incentives are similarly available through AT&T and Best Buy.

While Samsung has not detailed specific hardware specifications, leaks suggest the Galaxy S26 series will maintain a similar design aesthetic to its predecessors, featuring flat screens, rounded corners, and vertically aligned rear cameras. The most significant advancements are anticipated to be internal, focusing on performance and AI capabilities. The event is expected to demonstrate how Galaxy AI will be seamlessly integrated into the user experience.

Samsung is also expected to unveil new ecosystem products at the event, potentially including the Galaxy Buds 4. The company has emphasized the importance of a connected ecosystem, and Unpacked 2026 is positioned as a demonstration of the continued evolution of that strategy.

Reservations are now open at samsung.com/unpacked, offering access to exclusive benefits and entry into a sweepstakes to win a $5,000 gift card for use on Samsung.com.
