Denver Airport Customs Contact & Red Phone Info

by Emma Walker – News Editor

Denver International Airport (DEN) provides multiple avenues for international travelers to contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials. Passengers arriving at DEN from international destinations who have not yet cleared customs will be directed to A Gates for passport and document verification by CBP officers.

The airport aims to streamline the arrival process for international passengers, offering translation services in over 240 languages. Travelers are required to submit a CBP form after presenting their passport and other travel documents. According to airport information, the process is generally efficient, handling approximately one million passengers daily.

For specific inquiries regarding immigration, customs, and visa requirements, CBP advises contacting the relevant consulate. Direct contact with CBP can be made by calling (303) 342-7400. Additional information is available on the CBP website, www.cbp.gov.

Denver International Airport also hosts a Global Entry enrollment center, facilitating expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers. Appointments for Global Entry interviews are often booked quickly, but can become available due to cancellations and rescheduling. A notification service is available to alert travelers when appointments open up at the Denver location.

Deferred Inspections and I-94 Correction requests are handled Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. To 4:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays. For after-hour outbound clearance requests, the same phone number, (303) 342-7400, should be used.
