U.S. secretary of State Marco Rubio warned that President Donald Trump does not rule out the use of force if Venezuela’s acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, does not cooperate wiht Washington’s demands. This is according to the speech the U.S. top diplomat will deliver on Wednesday before the Senate to explain U.S. policy toward Venezuela. He will also receive Venezuelan opposition leader María corina Machado at the State Department, two weeks after her meeting with Trump.
