Man Dead Following Shooting in Meridian
Meridian, ID – A man died Sunday following a shooting near 195 East Corporate Drive in Meridian, according to the Meridian Police Department. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
Police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 6:53 AM on January 26, 2026. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound. Emergency medical personnel transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The identity of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
