Troisdorf, Germany – Nölken Hygiene Products GmbH is expanding its quality assurance department at its Troisdorf location, seeking a dedicated Employee Quality Assurance professional (f/m/d) to join its growing team. The medium-sized chemical company, specializing in hygiene, household, and cosmetic products, announced the opening on December 2, 2025.
Nölken Hygiene Products GmbH, based in windhagen near Bonn, is looking for a candidate to bolster quality control across cleaning activities, production orders, and filling processes, including in-process control (IPC) testing. The role will also encompass company and facility inspections, KPI monitoring, audit support (ISO, GMP, IFS), raw material and product analysis, employee training, and system qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain test plans,Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),and work instructions.
* control and approve cleaning activities, production orders, and filling processes with IPC testing.
* Conduct company and facility inspections regarding hygiene and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for advancement.
* Support audits (ISO, GMP, IFS, etc.), deviation investigations, and complaint handling.
* perform chemical and physical analyses of raw materials and products.
* Deliver employee training on quality-relevant topics and QMS processes.
* Participate in the qualification of systems, devices, and processes.
Qualifications:
* Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, pharmaceutical/chemical technical assistant, or equivalent.
* Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally within a medical product environment and/or quality management systems (e.g., ISO13485, ISO9001, GMP).
* Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork abilities, and a sense of responsibility.
