Seniors step Up to Patrol san Antonio neighborhood with SAPD Program
Steubing Ranch, San Antonio, TX – A group of dedicated seniors is taking to the streets of the Steubing Ranch neighborhood as part of a collaborative initiative with the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), aiming to enhance community safety adn foster stronger relationships between residents and law enforcement. The Citizens on Patrol program, recently revitalized in the area, sees volunteers undergoing training to become additional eyes and ears for police, reporting suspicious activity and assisting with non-emergency situations.
