A defiant response to the rise of artificial intelligence in art has arrived from The Ultrasonics,a collective championing the raw,imperfect beauty of human creation. Following Brian Eno’s recent, stark assessment – “Artificial intelligence is boring, it’s like an inflatable doll. It doesn’t look anything like a woman, but some people use it to masturbate,” as told to Spanish journalist Pablo R. Roces – The Ultrasonics have released “Doctor Soul,” a 17-track playlist celebrating artists brimming with life, contradiction, and emotional depth.
