Lima, Peru – Japanese heating⁤ and appliance​ manufacturer Rinnai has completed its acquisition‌ of ⁣Peruana Sole, a leading Peruvian producer of water heaters,⁢ stoves, and other household appliances.The move signals rinnais intent ‌to establish a regional hub for its operations and substantially expand its product portfolio in the‌ Latin American market.

The acquisition ‍will allow Rinnai to leverage Peruana Sole’s established presence in the Peruvian market – where it holds a‍ strong position in‍ both the B2C⁢ and B2B‍ sectors – and build upon its existing​ strengths in water heating and treatment. rinnai ⁤plans to practically double its portfolio offerings for hotels,industries,institutions,and clubs.

Beyond‍ strengthening ⁣its core business, Rinnai is ‌diversifying into‌ new product categories. The company will⁢ launch natural gas clothes dryers, capitalizing on the‌ demand for‌ solutions addressing​ Lima’s humidity and limited living ‍spaces, as Rinnai is a world⁢ leader in this technology. High-efficiency dishwashers, designed to ⁣conserve water‌ and reduce washing time, and gas heating systems for colder regions of Peru are also ‍slated for⁤ introduction.

Rinnai is also‍ focusing ⁢on technological advancements in its cooking‌ appliances, moving towards greater precision and ease of cleaning by eliminating external knobs and incorporating smart cooking technology that automatically regulates flame based on ​programmed recipes.
