Defense and cybersecurity contractor ManTech International ⁢Corp. has withdrawn⁤ its ⁢planned $2.3 billion leveraged⁢ loan ‍sale due to insufficient investor demand, ⁤sources familiar with ‌the matter report. The company is now pursuing funding options ​through private credit lenders.
