San josé, Costa Rica – Katherine Campbell, a contestant on Teletica‘s “Mira qué baila” (Look Who’s dancing), provided crucial medical care to fellow competitor Neto Rangel after he suffered a back injury, potentially saving his place in the competition. Campbell, a doctor of physical therapy, treated Rangel at her clinic following an injury sustained during rehearsal on october 26.
Rangel publicly broke down in tears after injuring his spine, expressing concern about his recovery and apologizing to supporters and choreographer jaz. He revealed the extent of his injury in a video, acknowledging a tough recovery process. fortunately, Rangel received treatment from Campbell, praising a specialized laser therapy available at her clinic.
“They treated me super well, they gave me a laser, a laser that only exists there. I don’t know what it is about that laser that is a miracle.I put it on and it doesn’t hurt at all. That’s the best thing, you get hit and I almost fell asleep, plus I was tired from so much rehearsal,” Rangel shared.
The treatment considerably improved Rangel’s condition, allowing him to continue participating in the show despite initially being sidelined. Campbell currently faces elimination this Sunday, competing against Ítalo Marenco in the nomination area. Regardless of the outcome, her impact on the show extends beyond her dance performances.
