‘Red Dead Redemption’ Rides too New Platforms: PS5, Xbox, iOS & Android
Rockstar Games announced today that Red Dead Redemption is launching on PlayStation 5, Xbox, iOS, adn Android devices. The critically acclaimed open-world Western, originally released in 2010, will now reach a broader audience across contemporary gaming systems and mobile platforms.
This multi-platform release marks the first time Red Dead Redemption will be playable on mobile devices, offering a significant expansion of access for gamers. While traditional purchases will be available on PS5 and Xbox consoles, Netflix subscribers will gain access to the iOS and Android version at no additional cost through the Netflix mobile app. This move underscores Netflix’s growing investment in gaming as a value-added service.
Players on PS5 and Xbox will acquire the game through their respective digital storefronts.
