Title: Myles Garrett Dominates Ravens’ Offensive Focus Ahead of Week 11

by Priya Shah – Business Editor

CLEVELAND – The baltimore Ravens ‍are preparing for a important ⁣challenge against the Cleveland Browns‘ defense in Week 11, with Myles⁣ Garrett identified as a key⁣ focal point.‌ Ravens players acknowledge the Browns’ disruptive ⁢defensive line, led by Garrett, poses⁤ a unique threat as Baltimore aims ⁤to take the lead‍ in the AFC North.

The Browns’ defensive prowess was evident⁢ in their recent matchup ⁤against Baltimore, where defensive‌ tackles Mason Graham and ⁢Myles Garrett ⁤each ‍recorded five tackles and combined for three tackles‌ for loss. Garrett also registered 1.5 sacks in that game.

This season, ‌Garrett currently leads‌ the NFL with 17 ⁤tackles for loss,‍ and the Browns’ defense ⁢as‌ a whole has‌ accumulated 67 tackles for loss, averaging 7.44 per game.

Ravens fullback Patrick Ricard emphasized⁤ the ‍physicality and penetration⁣ of⁢ the Browns’ defensive line. “They’re very physical. They get up the field, (and) they penetrate,” Ricard said. “Obviously, ⁤they have (Myles) Garrett, so that’s a huge challenge in ‌itself right ⁣there. So, ‍it is indeed just one of those ⁢defensive lines where you have to just get on them ⁢right away, don’t let them get going as ‍when they ⁤get going, they get a‍ head full‍ of steam. They can ⁣reset the line of scrimmage⁤ and ‍make it more ⁤tough for us.”

Garrett’s recent ⁤performance has been ‌particularly impactful, with seven sacks, eight quarterback hits, and nine tackles for loss in his last three games. Tight‍ end Mark Andrews ‍acknowledged Garrett’s dominance but stressed the need to prepare for the ⁣entire Browns defense.

“It’s extremely vital (to chip Myles Garrett) and I think all 11 guys ‌are going to be keying on that,” Andrews ⁢said. “Obviously he’s one-of-one.‍ He’s probably (one of), if not,‌ the best athlete of all-time‍ on defense, if not the best defensive end of all-time.⁢ So, we ⁣need ‍to be ⁢ready for him but it’s really a ⁣big ⁣challenge for us all ⁢around.”
