The incident occurred as a gray Honda Accord traveling westbound initiated a chain-reaction collision, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan police Department.
This latest fatality underscores a continuing trend of traffic incidents in the Las Vegas area, prompting increased scrutiny of roadway safety and driver behavior. The LVMPD’s Collision Examination Section is actively working to determine the precise cause of the crash and assess contributing factors.
