MediaTek Dominates Mid-Range Smartphone Performance Rankings for October 2025
AnTuTu‘s latest performance benchmarks reveal a complete sweep of the top ten mid-range smartphone slots by devices powered exclusively by MediaTek’s Dimensity chipsets. Published in late November 2025, the rankings demonstrate a significant shift in the mid-range mobile processor landscape, with Qualcomm failing to place any devices on the list.
The top spot is held by the Realme Neo 7 SE, featuring the Dimensity 8400 Max chipset. Closely following is the iQOO Z10 Turbo with the standard Dimensity 8400, and the Vivo Y300 GT, also utilizing the dimensity 8400.
Further down the list, the fourth-ranked Redmi Turbo 4 boasts the Dimensity 8400 Ultra. mediatek’s presence continues with the fifth-place Oppo Reno 14 (Dimensity 8350) and the sixth-place Reno 14 pro (Dimensity 8450).
The seventh position is occupied by the Motorola Edge 60 Pro (Dimensity 8350),followed by the Oppo K13 Turbo 5G (Dimensity 8450). Rounding out the top ten are the Oppo Reno 13 Pro and Reno 13, both powered by the Dimensity 8300 Ultra.
