IQVIA MedTech Clinical Field Specialist – Vascular Access
IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Field Specialist, focusing on vascular access support. This is a travel-based role requiring regional adn national travel to assist customers and drive healthcare forward.
responsibilities include: providing on-site support to customers, utilizing extensive vascular access experience (3-5 years minimum). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, comfort with basic software programs, and the ability to successfully complete hospital vendor credentialing.
Qualifications:
* Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
* Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN license is mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vascular access is required. 2+ years of experience in Emergency Room (ER) or critical Care settings is highly preferred.
* Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a plus.
* Travel: Must be available for a minimum of two weeks of travel per month. Candidates must reside within one hour of a major airport and possess a valid driver’s license (subject to driving record review). Travel time is compensated.
* Credentialing & Immunizations: this role requires completion of healthcare facility credentialing, including meeting specific immunization requirements (Measles, Mumps & Rubella, Varicella, TB test, Tdap, Hepatitis B, influenza, and COVID-19 vaccine primary series – boosters may be required by facilities). IQVIA will consider legally protected accommodations or exemptions.
Preferred Attributes: Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) is beneficial.
Compensation: The potential base pay range for this role is $38-$42 per hour, with the actual rate determined by qualifications, location, and schedule.
