NEW​ YORK, NY – Extensive street closures will be in effect this Friday evening, October 31st, as New York ⁤City prepares for ​the annual Village​ Halloween Parade. The iconic event, drawing over 50,000 participants, will necessitate​ notable traffic adjustments⁣ throughout Greenwich Village, ‌SoHo, and Chelsea.
