TVING to Launch ‘Baseball Representative 3′ with Live Korean Series Broadcast
SEOUL, October 27, 2025 – TVING will release the third season of its original entertainment show, ‘Baseball representative,’ next month, offering fans an inside look at Korea’s professional baseball league. The show features active players discussing their teams’ seasons and behind-the-scenes stories.
‘Baseball Representative’ debuted in July of last year and quickly gained popularity for its direct promotion of the 10 KBO teams and guidance for new baseball fans. The success led to the production of Seasons 2 and 3, wich premiered in March of this year. This season will be hosted by Dae-ho Lee (Lotte Giants), Tae-gyun Kim (Hanwha Eagles), and Seok-min Yoon (KIA Tigers).
To build anticipation, TVING will host a live streaming event prior to the season premiere, featuring special guests during Game 4 of the ‘2025 KBO Korean Series’ on October 30th.
MBC Radio to Air Park Bo-gum Narrated Documentary on Poet Yoon Dong-ju
SEOUL, October 27, 2025 – MBC Radio will broadcast a documentary dedicated to poet Yoon Dong-ju next month, commemorating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Japan. Actor Park Bo-gum will provide narration for “With a Heart Singing the Stars.”
The special, scheduled to air on November 1st from 8:05 to 9:00 p.m., centers around the unveiling ceremony of Yoon Dong-ju’s monument at Rikkyo University in Japan, his alma mater. This year marks the 80th anniversary of the poet’s death, and the Tokyo monument represents the first dedicated to Yoon Dong-ju in the city.
The documentary will include interviews with literary figures such as Kim Eung-kyo (Sookmyung Women’s University professor), film director Lee Jun-ik (‘Dongju’), and poets Gong Ji-young, Kim Ae-ran, Park Jun, and Seong Hae-na. Park Bo-gum is noted to have a personal fondness for Yoon Dong-ju’s work.
