Manager, Agency @ Snapchat - Lead Growth Through Strategic Partnerships
Snapchat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Agency to drive revenue growth through the advancement and management of long-term partnerships with advertising agencies. This role requires a proven leader with a strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
key Responsibilities:
This position focuses on building and nurturing relationships with key agency decision-makers, including C-level executives, to maximize Snapchat’s advertising revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and effectively communicating Snapchat’s value proposition. Core duties include:
* developing and executing strategies to grow revenue through agency partnerships.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of experienced professionals.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level contacts at advertising agencies.
* Effectively presenting Snapchat’s advertising solutions and value to agency partners.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
* Navigating ambiguity and securing buy-in from key stakeholders across the association.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent professional experience.
* 10+ years of experience in business development,marketing,brand advertising,agency management,media sales,and/or online advertising,with a demonstrated track record of leading businesses or significant accounts.
* 1+ year of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Proven experience working with executive-level contacts and driving revenue growth through long-term partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales/commission-based role focused on business development, sales, and marketing to advertising agencies.
* Exceptional ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
* A strong understanding of Snapchat’s value proposition and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* Experience working within deeply nuanced organizations, managing ambiguity, and gaining support from internal stakeholders.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Established relationships and a strong market reputation at the C-level.
* Direct experience managing agencies at a comparable company.
