Formula Legends Addresses Handling Concerns with New Update
October 26, 2025 – Formula Legends has released a handling update aimed at addressing player feedback regarding the game’s initial responsiveness. The update introduces an alternative steering setting designed to provide a more sensitive handling model without fundamentally altering the driving experience.
The original handling in Formula Legends required players to adapt to a less responsive feel, demanding time and precision to complete laps cleanly. However, developers recognized the desire for more immediate fun and excitement. This update represents a swift response to concerns voiced by players following the game’s release, offering a tweaked, rather than overhauled, system. While the new handling is a significant improvement for standard cornering and S-bends, some players report the cars can still feel slightly “lazy” during quick direction changes like chicanes.
A further update is planned to rebalance AI behaviour and difficulty levels, necessitated by the handling changes which have effectively made the game easier. Alongside the handling fix,new cars are also being added, including models inspired by the Jordan 191 (early 1990s),the Arrows A2 (late 1970s),and a contemporary car resembling the Alfa Romeo.
