Beau Greaves Continues Dominance, Reaches 72-Match Win Streak in PDC Women’s Series
Wigan, England – Beau Greaves extended her extraordinary winning streak to 72 matches with victories in two PDC Women’s Series tournaments held Saturday in Wigan. the 21-year-old’s continued success comes days after announcing her participation in the upcoming PDC World Championship, following a semi-final win over world number one Luke littler in the World Youth Championship.
Greaves’ remarkable run of form underscores her position as a leading force in women’s darts. She has consistently demonstrated her skill, culminating in 16 tournament wins from 22 events in this year’s PDC Women’s Series. The Doncaster native’s latest triumphs came against Fallon Sherrock, with Greaves securing 5-4 victories in both Saturday finals, marking her 11th consecutive tournament win.
The PDC Women’s Series is concluding with a total of four tournaments over two days – two on Saturday and two on sunday – to finalize the season’s standings. Greaves, a three-time WDF women’s world champion, will join Sherrock and Lisa Ashton in competing at the PDC World Championships, which begin on December 11th at London’s Alexandra Palace.
Before the World Championships,Greaves is scheduled to participate in the PDC’s Grand Slam in Wolverhampton in early November. She will then defend her title in the youth final against defending champion Gian van Veen of the Netherlands at Minehead later next month. The Women’s Series concludes Sunday in Wigan with the final two events of the 24-tournament season.
